some discussion of stacked designations would be nice: *«+Sword+»* = ?

That means you have a finely crafted Sword with superiorly decorations. The designations work from inside outwards. Chrispy 22:18, 18 March 2008 (EDT)

Text Color?

This feels like the right article to contain the details on the color of item text. I have brown, white, and teal item text for items in my fortress, and can't figure out what the text colors imply. Is it somewhere else on the wiki? Perhaps a link from here to there would be appropriate. [[User:Jurph|Jurph] 19 Nov 08
